Methodology for enhancing knowledge management into the Steering System of an enterprise
e434
Abstract
Knowledge Management and the Steering System in an enterprise must be integrated based on strategic alignment to meet the knowledge needs of workers and improve the quality of organizational development. The objective is to develop a methodology that, through the use of a specific automated tool, enhances training planning, optimizes this integration, and strengthens knowledge management. The developed methodology was structured into five sequential phases: constitution of a multidisciplinary team, definition of the strategic knowledge framework, systematic inventory of existing capabilities, identification and prioritization of gaps, and elaboration of a development plan. A digital tool was implemented for the automated generation of knowledge maps by position and by employee, resulting in a prioritized gap map. Validation through a pilot test in Knowledge Management areas of a company demonstrated the solution's effectiveness, including the identification of experts, objective gap analysis, and the formulation of a training plan aligned with business strategy. The implemented methodology optimizes organizational knowledge management and effectively integrates this process with the steering system, ensuring that capacity development responds to critical organizational development needs.
