Determination of the caused polluting load for the energy losses in pipes and furnace

Abstract
In the present I work the objective lens come on the calculation of the contaminating loads that emit the environment in a factory of soap powders provoked by the lost energetics due to the deterioration or lack of thermal insulation in pipes, oven and tower of drying themselves.
For the same one they were picked up the securities of the operation parameters and the superficial temperature of the pipes was measured with insulating and without insulating, using stops the calculations expressions of balance of mass and energy as well as of transfer of heat.
Certain the energy loss the equivalent fuel was determined that you could save if the thermal insulating are repaired and with the quantity of fuel that would be stopped to burn the quantities of left combustion gases of emitting to the environment.
Those showed that the burnt gas liquid of petroleum of more era of the order of 533 ton/año that would represent an economic saving of more than 183 000 $/ year and for this reason the polluting load not emitted to the atmosphere would be of more than 1 million m3/año of gassy pollutants.
