Abstract

The company AICA+ Pharmaceutical Laboratories, part of the BioCubaFarma group, is engaged in a project to develop enabling capabilities that will allow it to adopt these technologies across its entire infrastructure, including the digitization of the Production Assurance Strategies (EAP) protocol. The EAP system enables the company to assess its capacity to meet product demand, considering shared resources and prioritizing domestic production over exports. The system integrates information on products, resources, warehouses, and import contracts, facilitating the creation and calculation of strategies. This article presents the development of the Production Assurance Strategies System (EAP) at AICA+ Pharmaceutical Laboratories, aiming to optimize production management and decision-making through digitalization. The results include the identification of functional and non-functional requirements, the implementation of dashboards, and improvements in efficiency. It is concluded that the EAP system optimizes logistical and production processes, enabling more efficient resource management and better responsiveness to market demands. Future iterations will include a financial module for analysis of costs and budgets
