Interacción suelo-estructura en la respuesta sísmica de una edificación para uso de oficinas con zapatas aisladas en suelo blando e intermedio de la región de Ica

Abstract
The present work was focused on quantifying the variants of the seismic response of a typical
reinforced concrete office with five levels affected by the flexibility of the soil-structure system
(DISS), through constitutive models of D.D. Barkan-O.A. Savinov and the Russian Standard SNIP
2.02.05-87, which incorporate the concepts of flexibility, static pressure of the soil as a system of
springs in the superficial foundation for the spectral modal analysis according to the Peruvian
technical standard for Seismic-resistant design E .030-2018, likewise the foundation is made up of
isolated footings for both a soft (S3) and an intermediate (S2) profile in the Ica region, of which the
soil mechanics study (EMS) was carried out for each type of profile respectively. The obtained
results with DISS for the maximum internal forces show an increase in shear forces of up to 45.87%
and 43.87%, reduction of axial forces of up to 55.60% and 25.56%, and for the bending moments a
reduction of up to 18.66% and 22.41% on soft and intermediate soil respectively; then an increase of
the vibration period of up to 43.34% and 36.63% on soft and intermediate soil was obtained. Finally,
an increase in mezzanine distortions of up to 84.48% for soft soil and 65.82% for intermediate soil
was obtained compared to the structural model with recessed fixation.
