Contribution to Technological Surveillance in agricultural scientific centers: proposal for the Experimental Station of Pastures and Forages Indio Hatuey

Abstract
The scope of this work was to demonstrate the experiences of a development process to manage organizational technological surveillance and do it possible to capture, process and socialize the scientific and technological information, with a strategic approach, to contribute to the decision-making of managers, conceived from the strategic integration, to guarantee the management of structured innovation, increasing productivity and competitiveness as an organized system of observation and analysis of information useful to decision-makers to avoid exclusively reactive management of the environment. The proposed procedures are made up of a set of key elements, activities, processes, and actions, which represented the main scientific contributions of the research and were validated by a group of experts in a selected scientific center, representative of the agricultural sector in Cuba, the Experimental Station Indio Hatuey (EEPF-IH), demonstrating its feasibility, flexibility and relevance as a practical solution to the management of relevant information in agricultural scientific organizations.
