Abstract

Cuba In this paper, the situation of the use of photovoltaic modules rows was presented in a roof, for the electric power generation. This option contains the commitment between the quantity of rows and modules with whose growing can increase the generation. Although it diminishes the spacing among lines with what the losses are increased by shades among lines and with the possibility of reduction of the inclination of the modules, with what diminishes its heights and the longitude of the shades with reduction of their losses, but it diminishes the solar reception of each module. The situation was analyzed and it was obtained the quantity of lines and the inclination that achieved the maximum electric generation of photovoltaic origin, in the surface of limited useful area. The results, although it was for a specified case, it serves as guide for other similar ones.
